I have been involved with computer technology since the early 1980s and have kept up (just about) with all the changes. And the changes still keep coming.

There was the original personal computer, then IBM, then Microsoft and Apple. In the mid 1990's the Internet took everybody by surprise and now social networking including emailing is part of our lives. I have many customers in the London area who try to keep up with it all too.

A call-out can mean anything from a five minute fix to the installation of new computers and a network. These customers can be personal computer users, small home offices or commercial properties with many computers.

I charge a flat rate of £30 per hour and do not charge if nothing is fixed. I will always realistically estimate the time I think a job will take. If it takes longer I will explain exactly why.
